Br. Nouman Ali Khan is from New York and the founder of Bayyinah, an Arabic studies institute. Mashaallah, he has a way of talking about the Quran that just reels you right in. He’s often popular with young people, and he’s one of my favorite speakers and teachers. This video was a talk he gave at AlMaghrib’s IlmSummit and is directed at religious youth, and how we tend to forget the other Muslim youth who are either totally lost and immersed in their respective culture(s), out of the realm of Islam, or interested in their deen but don’t know how often to live Islam — part or full time. Here he presents a really cogent and clear talk for religious youth who are interested in their deen, love being involved in the deen, but within all that enthusiasm forget the other youth around them.
